Release lane for the Honcho durable-memory work.

Includes character/persona memory controls and purge behavior, durable greeting and pending-turn persistence, macro-safe starter greetings, and provider edge-case fixes.

Validated locally:

  • pnpm version:check for the prepared v2.3.5 metadata
  • pnpm credits:check
  • pnpm regression:honcho
  • pnpm check

The release-version metadata is prepared in the local release commit and will be applied to main before tagging.
